weak coffee small room

The room felt small, especially with luggage. i also noticed the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom. It remained damp. the breakfast selection was just okay. I expected more variety. the coffee tasted weak. I could not even drink it.

perfect location friendly staff fine panorama

i really liked the christmas market just outside. it was easy to get into the holiday spirit. the reception peoples were friendly. the view from the fifteenth floor showed even elephants at the zoo, i swear!

the shower broke, and no one apologized, not even a little.

the hotel feature a rooftop bar, it gives great views of the city. the interior have a 90's hollywood theme, i found it captivating. the tenth floor bar is a bustling lounge plus terrace.

great location train station whole city zoo palast

the location was superb close to the train station. it links you to lines throughout the whole city. you can find the zoo palast and the zoo RIGHT beside the hotel. the staff seemed helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The rooftop bar offers great views (it was a highlight of my stay). The staff were friendly and professional. I found the room to be clean and well-kept.

I must say, I found some things I did not liked. The breakfast were basic, and everything were cold. There wasn't bacon or scrambled eggs. The orange juice from the machine had a plastic flavor.
